5 Mindfulness Practices for Clarity and Calm

Feeling scattered and overwhelmed? Our brains are like curious monkeys, constantly flitting from one thought to the next. This "monkey mind" can zap our focus, fuel anxiety, and leave us feeling drained.  But fear not! Mindfulness, the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment, is here to help.
