SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Downloads

  • Confirmation and download instructions are emailed to address provided in the checkout process. Emailed instructions should be received within 5 minutes of placing order.

 Order Processing Time:

  • Our store is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Order processing time will vary depending on the product order. Processing can take 3 to 7 days. 
  • If your order contains items that originate from different production facilities, those process and shipping times out be individually listed in your shopping cart. 

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard shipping within the United States takes 4-8 business days. We use the least expensive shipping methods. 
  • Because our products are made to order, Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart at checkout. 

Delivery Estimates:

  • Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed in the shopping cart at checkout.. 

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information:

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • If your order contains items that originate from different production facilities, you will receive separate tracking numbers for your order.  

 

Refund & Return Policies

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of readily available digital products, you will immediately receive access to your order at the time of purchase. As a result, we aren’t able to offer refunds. However, we want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your digital items. If you find your order doesn’t meet your needs or you have any issues with it, please reach out to our customer support team at mysagedmoon@gmail.com and let us know how we can help! 

Physical Products

Amazon.com Purchases

You will need to contact Amazon.com to return any items purchased through their website. My Saged Moon is not responsible for issuing returns for items purchased through Amazon.com.

Our store is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not available if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Customers can receive a full refund for purchases that never arrive, arrive late, arrive damaged, or do not match the listing description. 

Returns/exchanges

  • Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.
  •  If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.

Damaged/defective product

  • A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof. 
  •  We will need a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the damage or defect is clearly visible.
  • In the event of Delivery-related product damage -  a photo or video of the received product, where the damaged package, the printed product, and the issue are clearly visible.
  • If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
