Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of readily available digital products, you will immediately receive access to your order at the time of purchase. As a result, we aren’t able to offer refunds.
However, we want to make sure that you’re satisfied with your digital items. If you have any issues downloading your product, please reach out to our customer support team at mysagedmoon@gmail.com and let us know how we can help!
Returns/exchanges
My Saged Moon is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not available if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Customers can receive a full refund for purchases that never arrive, arrive late, arrive damaged, or do not match the listing description.
- Since products are only printed once ordered, general returns and exchanges are not available.
- If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
Damaged/defective product
- A free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to the email indicated in your order confirmation email within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
- We will need a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the damage or defect is clearly visible.
- In the event of Delivery-related product damage - a photo or video of the received product, where the damaged package, the printed product, and the issue are clearly visible.
